Tier's Comments:     -    I have no idea whether this will catch fish. Certainly I have found these caddis larvae inside large trout from the Vyrnwy. They represent one of the very large family of the Limnephilidae which inhabit the slower stretches of rivers and also occur in lakes. The Van Klinken Reversed Case Caddis which appears to represent Sericostoma, and has been tied in earlier swaps, is a similar fly which has caught a lot of brown trout and Grayling both in Devon and in Mid Wales, so I am hopeful that this new variety will be similarly effective. We shall see!
