Tier's Comments:     -    Apply body dubbing. Strip 1.25 ins from the base of the hackle to make a stalk. Tie in hackle where the hackle fibres begin, at about 2/5 way down hook shank. Bend the bare quill up to form a pillar, and wind the hackle around its own stem about 5 times. Tie off hackle tip behind eye. Dub the thorax. Pull quill forward and tie off behind eye. With this method you do not need a parachute tool.
