Tier's Comments:     -    Body:   Tie the flexi-floss in behind eye of hook, leaving room for hackles and head.  Stretch the flexi-floss straight down shank and secure by winding the thread down the shank to the tail:   this avoids a bulk forming at the end of the abdomen, and gives an even body.   With the floss secure, take the tread back to behind the eye. Wind the floss back up the shank and tie off at the point wher the hackles are to be tied in.
