Tier's Comments:     -     Extend body round bend of hook. Cut foam to an elongated diamond shape and tie in the GSP post and foam at the start of the hook bend, and complete the hackle brush. Complete the thorax, then pull over the foam, followed by the hackle brush. Dub the tread with black poly dubbing and form a large head. Ian Moutter recommends that this fly is fished when sedges are rising from the water surface.
